Why does my wine taste worse than it should?

About this video

Three habits that flatten a good bottle — serving temperature, how full the glass is, and saving it for the wrong occasion — and the correction for each.

Transcript

Your wine tastes worse because of these three tiny mistakes. First, serving every bottle at room temperature. Chill reds for ten minutes and take whites out five minutes early. Second, filling the glass too high; one-third full gives aromas room to open. Third, saving good wine for fancy food only. Pizza, roast chicken and fries can be perfect when acidity and weight match.
